One Airbnb: Global Employee Conference 2017

The Airbnb brand starts within the company’s walls. I partnered closely with Ground Control, Airbnb’s Employee Experience Team, to shape how thousands of employees around the world would experience the brand and culture for the annual employee conference called One Airbnb 2017, a 3-day event taking place in over 20+ venues across San Francisco.

Together we built all creative facets of a 3000 person employee event where half of the attendees were local and half were coming to San Francisco from cities around the world. Deliverables included live-action film assets, motion graphics, an app, environmental designs, print collateral, and merchandise among other things. One of those other things was managing a team of six illustrators to create 3000 unique Airbnb employee face illustrations within a 3-week timeframe.
